Handle domestic and international ticketing operations using GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
Provide expert guidance on visa requirements, travel regulations, and documentation for different countries.
Design and promote international and domestic tour packages according to customer needs and market trends.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, embassies, tour operators, and travel partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
Supervise reservation staff and ensure high standards of customer service and operational accuracy.
Resolve customer complaints, travel issues, and booking discrepancies professionally and promptly.
Maintain accurate reservation records, travel itineraries, and customer databases.
Monitor ticketing deadlines, fare rules, and airline updates to maximize operational efficiency.
Assist sales and marketing teams with travel offers, promotional packages, and corporate travel solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, airline regulations, and international travel requirements.
Train junior reservation and ticketing staff on booking systems and customer handling procedures.
Prepare operational reports related to reservations, sales performance, and customer feedback.
Build strong relationships with clients and maintain excellent after-sales travel support.
