We specialize in helping students gain admission to universities in the United Kingdom. Our experienced team provides end-to-end support throughout the admission process, ensuring a transparent, professional, and hassle-free experience.

Our UK team works closely with local UK students seeking admission to university and college programme.

As our operations continue to grow, we are expanding our Dhaka office and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Student Recruitment Team.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective UK students via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other online platforms.

• Provide accurate information about university and college admissions.

• Guide students in selecting suitable courses based on their qualifications and career goals.

• Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into successful admissions.

• Maintain student records and monitor application progress.

• Coordinate regularly with the UK office regarding admissions and student support.

• Achieve monthly recruitment targets and submit performance reports.

• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with students.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.

• Confident speaking with students over the phone.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, email, internet).

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

The competitive salary will be reviewed after the 3-month probation period based on performance. Quarterly bonus: performance-based bonus of BDT 100,000-150,000 every 3 months (per intake).
