Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

  • Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to generate quality sales leads.

  • Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and property portals.

  • Oversee branding, advertising, promotional campaigns, events, and property exhibitions.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to improve lead generation and conversion.

  • Manage marketing budgets, campaign performance, and ROI.

  • Lead and supervise the marketing team to achieve departmental goals and KPIs.

  • Build relationships with agencies, media partners, and other stakeholders.

  • Ensure brand consistency and contribute to business growth and sales target achievement.
