Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
Generate new business through corporate clients, events, catering, and hospitality partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and business partners.
Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, catering services, conferences, and corporate packages.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and successfully close sales opportunities.
Identify new market opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to enhance customer acquisition and service delivery.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, budgets, and monitor KPI achievement.
Lead and supervise the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to overall business growth and profitability.
