Responsibilities & Context:
Welcome guests upon arrival.
Monitor lobby activities and maintain a pleasant environment.
Assist guests with directions and facility information.
Coordinate guest movement during busy periods.
Support Front Office operations whenever required.
Ensure lobby cleanliness and presentation standards.
Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.
Provide assistance to elderly, differently-able, or VIP guests.
Perform other assigned duties as directed by management.
