Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Officer, Housekeeping & Laundry Services”.

The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:

• Supervise laundry and housekeeping staffs, assign shifts, tasks, train new hires, coach performance, and prepare and manage housekeeping duty rosters and shift schedules.

• Conduct regular inspections of guest house, dormitory, office premises, gardens and make sure all areas are as per standard.

• Ensure correct sorting, washing, drying, ironing/pressing, folding for all laundry items.

• Inspect incoming and outgoing dresses for stains, damage and proper cleaning; enforce quality standards and corrective actions.

• Maintain on time supply of uniform as per production schedules.

• Ensure safe operation, perform routine preventive maintenance, coordinate repairs as per requirement.

• Inventory and supplies management, raise purchase requisitions for housekeeping supplies when required.

• Keeping record of inventory usage, chemical usage records, incident reports and other records as per requirement.

• Handle complaints, coordinate special requests, and communicate with departments or external clients.

• Monitor utility & chemical usage, minimize damage & wastage, and suggest process improvements to reduce costs.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.

• Support company events by arranging cleaning and housekeeping services before, during, and after the event.

• Develop standard operating procedures and provide ongoing staff training in techniques, safety, and quality.
