Education:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 26 to 40 years
  • Minimum 1-2 years of event coordination, hospitality, or customer service experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google Suite; experience with event management software (Caterease, Eventbrite) preferred

  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, ability to work under pressure

  • Fluent in English and Bengali

  • Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) - entry level or working toward (preferred)

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends for events



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in the planning, organization, and coordination of events by maintaining event documentation, schedules, floor plans, run sheets, and event calendars.

  • Coordinate with clients to gather and confirm event requirements, including timelines, guest counts, seating arrangements, dietary preferences, and special requests.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for external vendors, managing communication, scheduling, setup requirements, confirmations, and logistical arrangements.

  • Provide on-site event support by overseeing event setup, guest registration, vendor coordination, timeline management, and resolution of operational issues during events.

  • Prepare and maintain event-related materials and administrative records, including signage, menus, contracts, invoices, reports, portfolios, and event supplies.

  • Manage client communications before, during, and after events, ensuring timely responses, event confirmations, feedback collection, and follow-up correspondence.

  • Coordinate closely with internal departments including Food & Beverage, Operations, Housekeeping, Security, Front Office, Audio-Visual, and Golf Operations to ensure seamless event execution.

  • Support post-event activities by conducting debrief follow-ups, collecting testimonials and feedback, documenting lessons learned, updating event portfolios, and assisting with event closeout processes.
