- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and time management
- Established network of corporate decision-makers in Dhaka.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends for client events
Responsibilities & Context: Identify and prospect new corporate clients, conduct outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn), present offerings, and close agreements to achieve sales targets.
Manage 50–75 corporate accounts, act as primary contact, ensure high retention, and conduct regular business reviews.
Promote and sell corporate membership packages, present value propositions to decision-makers, and manage renewals.
Drive revenue through corporate events, group bookings, and sponsorship sales, including proposal preparation and coordination.
Develop strong relationships with HR/Admin leaders, attend networking events, and generate referrals and partnerships.
Coordinate with internal teams (Events, F&B, Operations) to ensure seamless execution of corporate services.
Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales activities, manage pipeline forecasting, and prepare regular sales reports.
Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and provide insights to improve pricing, offerings, and sales strategy.
