Additional Requirements:
  • Age 28 to 50 years
  • Understanding of corporate decision-making (HR, Admin, C-suite)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets; experience with solution selling, consultative selling, and negotiation
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and time management
  • Established network of corporate decision-makers in Dhaka.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends for client events


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify and prospect new corporate clients, conduct outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn), present offerings, and close agreements to achieve sales targets.

  • Manage 50–75 corporate accounts, act as primary contact, ensure high retention, and conduct regular business reviews.

  • Promote and sell corporate membership packages, present value propositions to decision-makers, and manage renewals.

  • Drive revenue through corporate events, group bookings, and sponsorship sales, including proposal preparation and coordination.

  • Develop strong relationships with HR/Admin leaders, attend networking events, and generate referrals and partnerships.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Events, F&B, Operations) to ensure seamless execution of corporate services.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales activities, manage pipeline forecasting, and prepare regular sales reports.

  • Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and provide insights to improve pricing, offerings, and sales strategy.
