Experience:

• At least 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Hotel, Restaurant, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Resort, Golf Club

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline. or        

• Master's degree or MBA will be an added advantage.

• Professional certification in Security Management, Loss Prevention, Risk Management, Investigation, or Occupational Safety will be preferred

• At least 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Hotel, Restaurant, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Resort, Golf Club

• Age At least 30 years

• Experience in hospitality, hotels, shopping malls, entertainment venues, airports, or large commercial complexes will be preferred.        

• Experience managing large teams in a 24/7 operational environment.

• Preference will be given to Retired Armed Forces officers holding the rank of Major or Captain (or equivalent rank from the Bangladesh Army, Navy, or Air Force).

·         Lead the day-to-day operations of the Loss Prevention Department.

·         Manage 24/7 security operations, access control, and physical security.

·         Oversee investigations relating to theft, fraud, misconduct, and security incidents.

·         Conduct security risk assessments and implement preventive measures.

·         Ensure protection of company assets, including golf equipment, retail merchandise, cash, and critical infrastructure.

·         Coordinate emergency response, crisis management, and business continuity activities.

·         Supervise security personnel and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

·         Liaise with law enforcement agencies and other regulatory authorities when required.

·         Deliver security awareness training and support operational departments in maintaining a secure environment.

·         Drive continuous improvement in Loss Prevention practices aligned with international hospitality standards.
