Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor/Degree. Educational qualification may be relaxed for more experienced persons.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in the relevant field.Priority will be given for Depot PFSO Related experience.

Additional attributes:

• Ability to work and coordinate with higher Management.

• Computer skills on word processing, Internet applications.

• Good writing and oral Communication skills particularly in Bangla and English.

• Problem diagnosis and solving ability in technical aspects of Security issues.

• Good communication and interpersonal skill and ability to work in a team.

Shall be the Incharge for Entire Security of Inland Container Depot (ICD) unit of the company.

• to lead/control/manage a security team of 50 to 60 members including 3rd party security.

• Responsible for Security Policy, Procedure, Control, Records & Implementation.

• Responsible for Personal & Physical Security Control and distribution.

• Responsible for Traffic Control/Management in ICD, CFS, Access & Gate Control, Internal & External Parking.

• Responsible for Facing Security Related Audit/Inspection for revalidation of concerned certificates.

• Conduct regular security exercise, training, drills and ensure all are properly documented for verification in the yearly audits done by government or private entities.

• Responsible for ensuring all the registers are well maintained and security procedures are properly followed to safeguard company from security threat.

• Ensure proper documentation and investigation of any security issues, incident or accident and report to company concerned authority as per guided policy

• Responsible for Security of Warehouses/Sheds/Yard/Boundary Wall and parameters

• Shall be jointly responsible with depot team for verification of address and other documents of employees and others for security purpose.

• Responsible for conducting periodic background check of every employee as advised by the Administration.

• Follow and implementation the compliance instructions time to time.

• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
