• Age At least 26 years

• Preference will be given to candidates with a retired Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) background from the Bangladesh Army.

• 2–5 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or factory security management.

• Experience in supervising security personnel and managing factory access control will be preferred.

• Sound knowledge of industrial security operations and access control systems.

• Knowledge of fire safety regulations and emergency evacuation practices.

• Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.

• Ability to work in shifts and respond effectively during emergencies.

• Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors and vehicles through established access control procedures.

• Verify identity documents and ensure proper gate pass procedures for personnel, materials and vehicles.

• Maintain accurate visitor registers, vehicle movement records and access control documentation.

• Monitor CCTV systems and other security equipment to identify and report suspicious activities.

• Conduct random inspections of bags, vehicles, and materials to prevent unauthorized movement of company assets.

• Supervise security guards, prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate shift deployment and discipline.

• Ensure regular patrolling of factory premises, warehouses, offices and surrounding areas to maintain a secure environment.

• Prepare incident reports, investigate security breaches and promptly escalate critical issues to management.

• Assist in investigations related to theft, accidents, misconduct and other security-related incidents.

• Ensure compliance with company security policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety regulations.

• Support fire drills, emergency response activities and evacuation procedures in coordination with relevant departments.

• Coordinate with HR, Administration, Production and other departments regarding security matters, maintain audit documentation and monitor security-related KPIs for continuous improvement.
