Additional Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 42 years
  • Ability to work with security guards and non-management level staff.

  • Must have knowledge of the installation of the panel board system, fire alarm, and smoke detector system.

  • Must have a certificate in fire safety training or be a retired person from FS & CD who shall be delegated for safety issues, such as training, drill, awareness, etc.

  • Must have knowledge of the Accord & Alliances rule.

  • Willingness to work under pressure.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Supervise all entry and exit points of the factory.

  • Check and monitor the movement of goods, materials, and personnel.

  • Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas (production, storage, etc.).

  • Oversee loading/unloading of finished goods to prevent theft or loss.

  • Manage a team of security guards (shift rotations, attendance, discipline).

  • Train security personnel on factory-specific protocols, emergency response, and discipline.

  • Ensure guards are in uniform, alert, and positioned at key posts.

  • Maintain daily incident logs, visitor logs, gate pass records, and material movement registers.

  • Report incidents (theft, accident, disputes, or fire) to factory management immediately.

  • Support compliance documentation for audits (e.g., BSCI, WRAP, ACCORD, RSC).

  • Assist with fire drills and evacuation planning.

  • Operate and monitor CCTV systems.

  • Support HR and Admin in handling worker unrest, disputes, or disciplinary issues.

  • Identify potential threats (internal theft, fire risks, labor unrest).

  • Develop and enforce preventive security protocols.

  • Helping with crowd control during protest situations.
