Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Management, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized university.

• At least 3 years in a managerial position.

• Strong experience in Outerwear/Jacket manufacturing will be highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.

• Hands-on experience with Logic ERP systems and MS Excel.

• Sound knowledge of fabric, trims, accessories, chemicals, and finished goods inventory.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and team management abilities.

1. Lead and manage the overall operations of Fabric, Trims & Accessories, Chemical, General, and Finished Goods Stores.

2. Ensure proper receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and dispatch of all materials following company policies.

3. Maintain accurate inventory records through Logic ERP and ensure timely stock reconciliation.

4. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Merchandising, Commercial, Production, Planning, and Procurement departments to ensure uninterrupted production.

5. Establish and maintain FIFO, FEFO, 5S, and best warehouse management practices.

6. Conduct periodic physical inventory and investigate inventory variances.

7. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports for management.

8. Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward material movement.

9. Lead and supervise the store team while ensuring compliance with company SOPs and audit requirements.

10. Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency.

11. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and compliance standards within the store.
