Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 28 years
  • Strong knowledge of trade operations, distributor lifecycle management and sales support processes.

  • Hands-on experience in incentive management, distributor claims settlement and sales operational reporting.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems, RTM/Sales Mate applications and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables and reporting).

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Process, verify, and settle all types of distributor (DB) claims, including trade schemes, damage claims, shortages, incentives and other operational claims within the stipulated timeline.

  • Coordinate the onboarding of new distributors by verifying required documents, completing system setup and ensuring compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.

  • Provide operational support for RTM and Sales Mate applications by resolving system-related issues and ensuring uninterrupted business operations.

  • Prepare, execute and monitor special incentive programs for distributors and the sales force in accordance with approved business strategies.

  • Calculate, verify and reconcile distributor and sales force incentives while ensuring timely approval and payment processing.

  • Approve distributor credit limits, activate distributor codes in ERP/RTM systems and conduct operational orientation to facilitate smooth business commencement.

  • Collect and maintain month-end distributor stock inventory acknowledgements to support inventory reconciliation and reporting.

  • Gather monthly sales forecasts from field sales teams, analyze forecast accuracy and compare projections with IMS (In-Market Sales) data to support business planning.

  • Monitor and follow up on critical distributor operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement in distributor performance.

  • Ensure distributor recruitment, appointment and activation processes are executed in compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal controls.

  • Maintain accurate operational records, prepare periodic MIS reports, and provide management with actionable insights for decision-making.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, IT and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of trade operations.
