• Age At least 26 years

• Implement and monitor Sustainability and ESG initiatives, coordinate ESG data collection, reporting and track sustainability KPIs to support organizational sustainability objectives.

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of Integrated Management Systems (IMS), including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other applicable standards.

• Plan, coordinate and participate in internal, external, statutory, customer, and certification audits while ensuring timely closure of audit observations through effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Maintain legal and regulatory compliance registers, monitor statutory requirements, coordinate renewal of licenses, permits and certifications and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Conduct workplace inspections and monitor Environment, Health, Safety and Quality (EHSQ) compliance across manufacturing and operational facilities.

• Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), environmental aspect-impact assessments and implement effective risk mitigation measures.

• Monitor environmental compliance, pollution prevention, waste management, environmental testing, resource conservation and implementation of sustainable operational practices.

• Coordinate fire safety inspections, emergency preparedness programs, evacuation drills, emergency response systems, and employee welfare facility compliance.

• Drive workplace improvement initiatives including 5S, energy conservation, water efficiency, waste reduction, paperless operations and other resource optimization programs.

• Organize Sustainability, ESG, IMS, HSE, legal compliance, emergency response, and awareness training programs, toolbox talks and employee engagement initiatives.

• Maintain Sustainability, ESG, IMS, HSE, legal, and compliance documentation and prepare dashboards, KPI reports, management reports, and regulatory submissions.

• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, identify root causes, implement CAPA and monitor effectiveness to prevent recurrence.

• Liaise with regulatory authorities, certification bodies, consultants, auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and continual improvement.

• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, HR & Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance and other functions to implement sustainability initiatives and resolve operational challenges.

• Review sustainability performance, identify improvement opportunities, update policies, procedures, operational controls and governance practices to achieve organizational sustainability goals.
