Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead and oversee the company's overall security operations.
- Manage and supervise field operations, supervisors, and security personnel.
- Ensure effective command, control, discipline, and workforce management.
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and operational audits.
- Handle client communications, meetings, and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with management to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Motivate, train, and develop operational teams to achieve company objectives.
