Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee daily security operations and ensure effective deployment and supervision of Security Guards and Supervisors.
Prepare duty rosters, manpower deployment plans, and monitor attendance, discipline, punctuality, and turnout standards.
Conduct regular site inspections, patrols, and surprise visits to ensure compliance with company SOPs and client requirements.
Maintain strong client relationships, conduct site meetings, collect feedback, and promptly resolve operational issues.
Coordinate recruitment, deployment, training, welfare, accommodation, and operational logistics of security personnel.
Monitor service quality and prepare regular operational reports and documentation.
Identify operational challenges, take corrective action, and report critical matters to management.
Support emergency and event security operations and perform other duties assigned by management.
