Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct shift-wise flight observations, arrival flight surveillance, and prepare comprehensive ground security reports.
Monitor security operations across airport facilities, including duty posts, mobile patrols, vehicle inspections, baggage handling, and ramp activities to ensure compliance with security procedures.
Identify and report security violations, suspicious activities, misconduct, or operational lapses, and prepare incident reports as required.
Coordinate with internal intelligence teams, operational units, and relevant stakeholders to strengthen airport security.
Complete all formalities and maintain liaison with the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) for issuance and renewal of Airport Security Passes, Apron Driving Passes, Duty Passes, and Vehicle Apron Passes.
Maintain records of security personnel, airport passes, vehicle permits, inventory, leave, attendance, duty rosters, and HRIS updates.
Perform departmental administrative activities, including preparing bills, vouchers, fund requisitions, adjustment reports, meal requisitions, and uniform requisitions.
Coordinate departmental programs, training activities, Security Week, and identify training needs through regular inspections and observations.
Support internal, regulatory, and IOSA audits by maintaining required documentation and ensuring compliance with security standards.
Perform roster-based duties/general duties and carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the Chief of Security or Management.
