Education:
Graduation in any discipline; educational qualifications may be relaxed for candidates with significant experience.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the RMG industry, with a strong understanding of RMG compliance. Retired personnel from Bangladesh Armed Forces (Commissioned Officer in the rank of Captain /Major equivalent) are highly encouraged to apply.
Position will be fixed based on interview appraisal considering experience and competence.

1.Excellent physical fitness and the ability to lead a security team.
2.Proficiency in firefighting, first aid, emergency evacuation, and training the team.
3.Computer literacy with typing skills in both Bangla and English.
4.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5.A proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
6.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities & Context:
1.Develop and implement admin & security policies and procedures in line with company standards and legal requirements.
2.Manage access control for visitors, deliveries, and staff, and oversee CCTV operations.
3.Stay updated on labor laws, social compliance, and health and safety regulations.
4.Oversee security personnel to ensure effective management and operation of all security functions across the factory.
5.Conduct thorough checks on all vehicles and staff entering or exiting the premises.
6.Train new security personnel and promote security awareness throughout the company.
7.Monitor sensitive factory areas, control unauthorized products, and maintain logbooks and registers.
8.Safeguard company property and assets by ensuring a safe workplace for employees and visitors.
9.Respond swiftly and efficiently to emergencies, ensuring the safety of employees and visitors.
10.Liaise with emergency services (police, fire, ambulance) to manage incidents and maintain security protocols.
11.Perform other security-related tasks as assigned by management.
12.Must have knowledge on C-TPAT Audit.
