1.15+ years of experience in Administration & general affairs with at least 05 years in a leadership role.

2.Proficiency in both verbal and written communication, along with influential interpersonal and leadership skills.

3.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

4.Proficient in computer operations and email correspondence.

5.Demonstrated ability to be task-oriented, adept at problem-solving, and possessing decision-making capabilities.

6.Ability to lead team, strong analytical capability, self-driven and team building efficiency.

7.Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.



Responsibilities & Context:

1.Lead and manage the overall administrative functions of the plant, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant operations.

2.Supervise, develop, and guide administrative teams by assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, and implementing management decisions.

3.Develop, review, and implement administrative policies, procedures, and service rules in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

4.Coordinate and monitor administrative systems, facilities, logistics, procurement, and outsourced services to ensure cost-effective operations.

5.Maintain effective relationships with government authorities, law enforcement agencies, stakeholders, suppliers, and internal departments to support business operations.

6.Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal, CSR, ESH, and C-TPAT requirements, while facilitating internal and external audits.

7.Oversee office infrastructure and resources, including facilities, furniture, equipment, stationery, inventory, and budget utilization.

8.Manage hospitality and administrative support for expatriates, foreign visitors, buyers, and guests, including visas, work permits, travel, and accommodation arrangements.

9.Support senior management by providing administrative guidance, resolving operational issues, and recommending practical solutions for continuous improvement.

10.Monitor and maintain all statutory licenses, certifications, legal documents, and compliance records to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

11.Prepare and submit timely management reports, audit reports, compliance reports, and other administrative reports to local and overseas management.

12.Drive continuous improvement by monitoring organizational developments, enhancing administrative processes, and ensuring effective coordination across all company divisions.
