Experience Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Security Service/Field Operation/Supervision.

• Retired Armed Forces personnel are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Must have a motorcycle and a valid driving license.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.

• Willingness to travel frequently within Dhaka and Narayanganj.

Job Context: Security Alliance Agency Ltd. is looking for two energetic, responsible, and experienced Field Security Officers for Dhaka and Narayanganj areas. The selected candidates will be responsible for supervising security guards, maintaining client relationships, conducting regular site visits, and ensuring smooth security operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Regularly visit client sites in Dhaka and Narayanganj.

• Supervise and monitor security guards and supervisors.

• Ensure proper deployment, attendance, discipline, and grooming of security personnel.

• Arrange guard replacement, relief, and emergency deployment when required.

• Maintain strong communication with clients and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Submit daily/weekly field visit reports to the Head Office.

• Investigate incidents and prepare reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.

• Perform any other operational duties assigned by management.

Salary

• BDT 20,000–25,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
