A reputed organization is looking for an experienced and responsible Security In-Charge to ensure overall security management, safety compliance, and supervision of security operations at its factory premises.

• Overall supervision of security operations at factory/office premises

• Managing and leading security guards in shift duties

• Ensuring gate control, visitor entry, and access management

• Monitoring CCTV surveillance systems and reporting incidents

• Preventing unauthorized access, theft, and security breaches

• Preparing incident reports and submitting to management

• Conducting regular patrolling and security checks

• Handling emergency situations (fire, accident, theft)

• Ensuring compliance with company security policies

• Coordinating with management and departments for smooth operations
