• Knowledge of security technology (CCTV, access control).

• Ability to handle labor unrest or emergency situations calmly and lawfully.

• Excellent communication, investigation, and reporting skills.

• Must have Motor Bike driving experience in Chittagong city with valid driving license.

Job Description:

SS Group, a prominent conglomerate engaged in diverse business ventures including import, trading, manufacturing, inland lighter vessel services, shipping agency services, and more, is currently searching for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a 'Security Incharge' This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced security professional to contribute to the continued success and growth of our organization.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Oversee day-to-day security operations of the yard premises including entry/exit points, perimeters, warehouses, and production plants.

• Train new Security Guards and enhance security awareness among all Security Personnel within the company.

• Develop and enforce security policies, SOPs, and emergency response procedures.

• Monitor all security systems including CCTV, access control.

• Ensure proper deployment of security personnel across all shifts.

• Ensure that all Security Personnel are performing their duties sincerely and effectively.

• Implement effective access control for staff, visitors, vehicles, and vendors.

• Maintain logbooks and digital records of entries and exits.

• Investigate and report security breaches, thefts, or any suspicious incidents.

• Collaborate with local law enforcement or intelligence agencies when required.

• Ensure proper security of raw materials, finished goods, and critical assets.

• Prepare and submit necessary reports, records, and documents to the Management as required.

• Perform any other security-related tasks assigned by the Management.

• Support internal and third-party audits related to security and compliance.
