Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular patrols across assigned locations in the Munshiganj and Gazipur belt to ensure the safety and security of company assets, facilities, and personnel.
Identify security risks, suspicious activities, and operational irregularities, and report findings promptly with appropriate recommendations.
Inspect security arrangements at factories, depots, warehouses, and project sites to ensure compliance with company security standards.
Investigate security incidents, theft, vandalism, trespassing, or policy violations and prepare detailed incident reports.
Coordinate with site management, security supervisors, local law enforcement, and relevant authorities to resolve security-related issues effectively.
Verify the performance, discipline, attendance, and deployment of outsourced and in-house security personnel during field visits.
Monitor the implementation of security policies, emergency procedures, and access control measures, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
Submit regular patrol reports, risk assessments, and improvement recommendations to management while ensuring timely follow-up on identified issues.
