Experience:

• At least 2 years

• HSC

Certification in CCTV Operations or Security Management is an advantage.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a CCTV Operator, preferably in hospitality, shopping malls, clubs, resorts, or recreational facilities.

CCTV Monitoring:

• Monitor all CCTV cameras and surveillance systems on a 24/7 basis.

• Observe live camera feeds to detect suspicious activities, security breaches, safety hazards, and operational irregularities.

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of surveillance equipment and report technical faults immediately.

  Security Surveillance

• Monitor all entrances, exits, parking areas, guest zones, offices, retail outlets, golf course, driving range, restaurants, and restricted areas.

• Identify unauthorized access or suspicious persons and immediately notify Security Supervisors.

• Assist in monitoring emergency situations such as fire alarms, accidents, medical emergencies, or evacuations.

  Incident Reporting

• Record and report all security incidents accurately and promptly.

• Maintain detailed CCTV logs, shift reports, and incident reports.

• Preserve CCTV footage required for investigations and legal purposes.

  Access Control Support

• Monitor employee and visitor movements through access control systems.

• Identify unauthorized entry attempts or misuse of access cards.

• Support compliance with company access control policies.

  Investigation Support

• Retrieve CCTV footage for internal investigations when authorized.

• Assist HR, Security, Management, and Law Enforcement (where applicable) by providing surveillance records.

• Maintain confidentiality of all surveillance information.

  Equipment Maintenance

• Conduct routine checks of CCTV cameras, monitors, recording devices, and storage systems.

• Report equipment malfunction immediately to the IT or Engineering Department.

• Ensure surveillance recordings are stored according to company retention policies.

  Compliance

• Follow all company Safety, Security, and Loss Prevention policies.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of surveillance footage and operational information.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company regulations, and privacy requirements.
