• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.

• Ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Proficiency in using security technology and surveillance systems.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Adequate knowledge regarding fire safety issue of the complex. 

• Security In charge is responsible for supervising the whole Security team and their activities, securing the properties and ensuring the safety and security of the premises.

• Adequate Knowledge about operating security technology like CCTV, access control systems, and safety alarms etc.

• Ensure appropriate deployment to ensure utmost safety and security

• Conduct regular and random inspections or patrols to ensure security alertness.

• Conduct grooming sessions, training programs and other sessions for the Security Guards.

• Monitor access control process to restrict trespassing.

• Ensure necessary protocol for all in due diligence.

• Respond to security incidents and emergencies and coordinate activities accordingly

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

• Carry out other activities as guided by the Management

• Physical fitness and ability to perform security duties, including standing, walking, patrolling, and responding to emergencies.
