Must have hands-on experience in supervising and managing security guards.
Experience in a large corporate group, industrial establishment, poultry/agro industry, or manufacturing company will be considered an advantage.
Retired personnel from Army, Navy, Air Force, Police, or other disciplined forces with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Extensive field visits across Bangladesh are mandatory for this position.
Good communication and report writing skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and monitor security guards deployed at various business units.
Ensure proper implementation of security policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
Conduct regular visits to different business units across the country and evaluate security arrangements.
Investigate security incidents and submit reports with recommendations.
Coordinate with management to identify and mitigate security risks.
Provide training and guidance to security guards to improve operational efficiency.
