Responsibilities & Context:
1. Documentation (Supporting the Dev & Operations Teams)
Internal Tech Docs: Work closely with security developers to document internal workflows.
Product Manuals & FAQs: Create and maintain user-friendly setup guides, deployment instructions, and troubleshooting manuals for our cybersecurity products.
2. Supporting Tech Sales & Product Strategy
Industry Trend Analysis: Research cybersecurity solutions, comparing features, pricing models, and technological gaps to give our sales team a competitive edge.
Client Mapping: Investigate target industries (e.g., fintech, e-commerce, healthcare) to identify their specific regulatory compliance needs.
3. Technical Content Creation (Supporting Tech Sales & Growth)
Sales Collateral: Design and draft technical one-pagers, slide decks, and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) overview materials used by the tech sales team during client meetings.
