Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance from a reputed university.
Candidates having CACC completed from a reputed Chartered Accountant (CA) firm will be given preference.
Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
Hands-on experience in computerized accounting software (ERP systems will be an advantage).
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of VAT, Tax, banking, and financial compliance.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Process invoices, bills, and all financial transactions through the accounting system while ensuring accurate recording and timely posting.
Maintain General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Inventory records, and perform regular bank reconciliations.
Monitor supplier accounts, cash flow, petty cash, and ensure timely payment processing and effective cash management.
Prepare L/C costing, accounting entries, bank loan reconciliations, and maintain related financial documentation.
Manage accounting activities related to spare parts, cargo operations, crew training (SIM), and other operational fund disbursements.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, financial forecasts, and other periodic financial schedules.
Assist in VAT, Tax, corporate tax, statutory compliance, and support internal and external audit activities.
Maintain financial records, supporting documents, and ensure proper documentation in accordance with company policies.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Perform any other accounts, finance, and commercial-related duties assigned by the management.
