  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, report writing, email communication).

  • Certification or training in CCTV Operations, Security Management, or Electronic Surveillance will be an added advantage.

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in CCTV operations, security control room management, or security operations in a hospital, multinational company, or other reputable organization.

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, report writing, email communication).

  • Certification or training in CCTV Operations, Security Management, or Electronic Surveillance will be an added advantage. 

  • Experience in supervising CCTV Operators or security personnel.

  • Practical experience in CCTV monitoring, footage retrieval, incident investigation, and report preparation.

  • Experience in operating IP-based CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, Video Management Systems (VMS), and surveillance software.

  • Experience in security compliance, audits, and coordination with law enforcement agencies will be an advantage.

  • Retired Armed Forces personnel with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Operate and supervise the Hospital CCTV Surveillance System to ensure continuous monitoring of all designated areas during the assigned shift.

  2. Monitor CCTV cameras to identify suspicious activities, unauthorized access, theft, safety hazards, security breaches, and emergency situations, and promptly report them to the Security Shift In-Charge Or Assistant Manager.

  3. Coordinate with Security Shift In-Charge and security personnel for immediate response to incidents identified through CCTV surveillance.

  4. Review, retrieve, preserve, and provide CCTV footage and other evidential materials for investigations, audits, legal proceedings, and management requirements.

  5. Maintain accurate CCTV monitoring logs, incident records, and shift reports, ensuring timely documentation of all significant events.

  6. Ensure CCTV operations comply with hospital security policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), JCI standards, data privacy requirements, and applicable legal regulations.

  7. Monitor the operational status of CCTV equipment, including cameras, NVR/DVR systems, Video Management Systems (VMS), storage devices, and associated hardware, and promptly report any faults or system failures.

  8. Coordinate with the IT and Facility Management departments to facilitate timely maintenance, troubleshooting, and restoration of CCTV systems.

  9. Analyze CCTV footage and incident data to identify security risks, trends, vulnerabilities, and recommend appropriate preventive or corrective actions.

  10. Support incident investigations by providing CCTV evidence, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and assisting with the Library of Measures (LOM) process where applicable.

  11. Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and secure handling of CCTV recordings, system information, and investigation materials.

  12. Assist in internal and external audits and contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of CCTV procedures and security processes.

  13. Provide guidance, support, and on-the-job training to CCTV Operators to ensure compliance with departmental standards and operational effectiveness.

  14. Maintain effective communication with Security Operations, hospital departments, and authorized external agencies to support coordinated security responses.

  15. Perform any other duties or assignments delegated by the Assistant Manager or Head of Security.

  16. Be willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including day, evening, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and comply with duty roster changes or operational requirements as directed by management.
