Responsibilities & Context:

1. Oversee Overall Restaurant Operations

   • Manage the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets within the Bashundhara SuperGolf project, ensuring smooth service delivery, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

2. Drive Revenue and Profitability

   • Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional activities, and cost-control measures to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability while maintaining service quality.

3. Ensure Exceptional Guest Experience

   • Monitor guest service standards, handle customer feedback and complaints promptly, and continuously improve dining experiences to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Manage Food Quality, Safety, and Compliance

   • Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and relevant regulatory standards, maintaining the highest levels of food quality, cleanliness, and workplace safety.

5. Lead and Develop F&B Teams

   • Recruit, train, coach, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring adequate staffing, productivity, and employee engagement.

6. Control Budgets, Inventory, and Procurement

   • Monitor operating budgets, food and beverage costs, inventory levels, supplier performance, and procurement activities to optimize resource utilization and minimize wastage.

7. Coordinate Events and Stakeholder Engagement

   • Collaborate with golf club management, marketing, culinary teams, and external partners to plan and execute events, tournaments, banquets, and corporate functions that enhance the SuperGolf hospitality experience.
