Responsibilities & Context:

• Monitor compliance with company policies, SOPs, operational standards, and applicable regulatory requirements; coordinate the renewal of statutory licenses, permits, and certifications.

• Maintain compliance registers, statutory records, audit documentation, inspection reports, and other regulatory records to ensure accuracy and readiness for review.

• Perform routine and surprise inspections of operational and back-of-house areas to assess compliance, identify risks, and ensure adherence to established standards.

• Evaluate operational, safety, security, and compliance risks; recommend corrective and preventive actions and monitor their effective implementation.

• Coordinate fire and life safety inspections, emergency preparedness activities, fire drills, evacuation exercises, and ensure fire protection systems are regularly inspected and maintained.

• Assist in internal audits, operational reviews, and incident investigations related to safety, security, and compliance, ensuring timely resolution of findings.

• Conduct compliance, safety, and regulatory awareness sessions for employees and support departments in implementing corrective actions arising from audits and inspections.

• Liaise with government agencies, regulatory authorities, and cross-functional departments, including Golf Operations, MEP, HR, Finance, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and IT to ensure effective compliance management and reporting.
