Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth in modern trade and corporate sales sector (e.g., superstore, pharmaceutical and chain outlet)
Ensure timely reporting on supply chain, sales performance, sales ROI, pricing, and other key metrics to management
Ability to build relationship, B2B sales, negotiate and manage high-level corporate clients
Track product sample performance, PO order, on time delivery and target customer to achieve monthly ‘Sales Target’
Prepare supply chain forecast, product manufacturing, maintain close liaison with the warehouse
Identify and determine profitability and viability of new brands and products to increase market opportunities
Train employees to achieve sales targets, analyze consumer trend and evaluate sales team ROI
Any other sales and marketing task by the admin head
