Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store, Hotel, Restaurant, Super store, Shopping mall, E-commerce

• Bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline. Business graduates with relevant experience will be given preference.

• Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience in relevant industries

• Age 20 to 35 years

• Supervise daily sales floor operations and ensure smooth workflow.

• Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline of floor staff.

• Allocate daily duties and work areas among team members.

• Ensure shelves are properly stocked, arranged, and displayed.

• Check product prices, labels, promotional displays, and offers.

• Monitor product expiry, damage, and FIFO/FEFO compliance.

• Coordinate timely replenishment of products from the stockroom.

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper housekeeping of the floor.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle routine complaints.

• Monitor section-wise sales and support achievement of sales targets.

• Minimize product damage, pilferage, and other operational losses.

• Coordinate with Cash, Inventory, Warehouse, Security, and other teams.

• Guide, coach, and motivate floor employees for better performance.

• Report operational issues, stock shortages, and customer concerns to the Outlet Manager.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store procedures.
