• Age 24 to 45 years

Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, International Education, or a related field.Experience working with Australian or New Zealand education providers.Knowledge of Australian student visa processes and international student recruitment practices.Experience creating AI-generated marketing content, videos, and promotional campaigns.

• Provide professional counselling to students regarding suitable courses, institutions, study destinations, scholarships, and admission requirements.

• Manage student enquiries and convert prospective leads into applications and enrolments.

• Assess students’ academic, financial, English-language, and supporting documents for admission eligibility.

• Prepare, review, and coordinate student applications with universities, colleges, and other education providers.

• Guide students through relevant admission and student visa documentation processes within the scope of the role.

• Maintain accurate student records in AIEC’s CRM and ensure timely follow-up with all assigned leads and applicants.

• Communicate professionally with students, parents, education providers, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Achieve individual and team recruitment, application, enrolment, and conversion targets set by management.

• Support junior team members and participate in seminars, education fairs, marketing campaigns, and other recruitment activities.

• Maintain confidentiality, comply with AIEC policies and procedures, and perform other reasonable duties assigned by management.
