Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, International Education, or a related field.Experience working with Australian or New Zealand education providers.Knowledge of Australian student visa processes and international student recruitment practices.Experience creating AI-generated marketing content, videos, and promotional campaigns.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and counsel Bangladeshi students for higher education opportunities in Malaysia.
Manage the complete Malaysian university admission and student visa application process.
Maintain strong knowledge of EMGS, VAL and Malaysian student visa requirements.
Assess students’ academic profiles and recommend suitable universities, courses and study pathways.
Generate new student leads and successfully convert enquiries into applications and enrolments.
Maintain a proven record of student recruitment from Bangladesh to Malaysia and achieve assigned recruitment targets.
Review and verify admission, financial and visa documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate professionally with Malaysian universities, colleges, EMGS and relevant partners regarding applications.
Maintain regular student follow-ups and accurately update leads, applications and outcomes in the company CRM.
Support seminars, education fairs, social media campaigns and other marketing activities to expand AIEC’s Malaysian student recruitment.
