Strong sales and target-oriented mindset. Excellent team leadership and people-management skills. Good communication and customer-handling ability. Strong knowledge of retail operations. Product knowledge and fashion retail awareness .Basic knowledge of POS, MS Excel and sales reporting. Good problem-solving and decision-making ability. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong discipline, integrity and accountability.Willingness to work on weekends, holidays and during promotional campaigns when required.
Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor sales performance, growth, conversion rate, ATV/UPT and other KPIs.
Develop action plans to improve sales and achieve branch targets.
Monitor product-wise and category-wise sales performance.
Drive cross-selling, up-selling and effective sales closing.
Lead, supervise and motivate Sales Executives, Cashiers and other outlet employees.
Prepare staff duty rosters, shift schedules and weekly off-days.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming and discipline.
Coach employees on product knowledge, selling skills and customer service.
Maintain proper stock accuracy and product availability.
Monitor stock receiving, transfer, replenishment and return processes.
Conduct regular physical stock checking.
Supervise POS transactions and ensure all sales are properly recorded.
Ensure proper product display according to company guidelines.
Submit daily sales and operational reports to the Area Manager/Head Office.
