Job Overview
We are looking for a confident, persuasive Telemarketing Executive to follow up with interested prospects, explain our services, and convert inquiries into attended appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact leads received through advertisements, social media, referrals, and other channels.

• Explain services, consultation fees, offers, and appointment procedures using approved information.

• Understand customer needs and book appointments with the appropriate team.

• Follow up through calls and WhatsApp, send reminders, and recover missed appointments.

• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up dates, and conversation notes.

• Track daily calls, bookings, attendance, and conversions against agreed targets.

• Refer medical questions to clinicians and protect patient confidentiality.

Requirements

• HSC or bachelor’s degree.

• At least 1 year of telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or call centre experience preferred.

• Clear spoken Bangla and working English.

• Strong listening, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.

• Comfortable working with targets, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
