Responsibilities & Context:
Handle incoming calls from potential clients generated through Facebook and other digital marketing campaigns.
Professionally communicate with prospects and understand their requirements and expectations.
Explain the U.S. B1/B2 visa application process, consultancy services, requirements and procedures clearly and confidently.
Convert qualified leads into clients through effective sales communication and follow-up.
Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Handle client objections, questions and concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions and client communications.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
