Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 2-3 years of administrative support, sales coordination, or customer service experience (catering or event experience preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google Suite; experience with event management software (Caterease, Tripleseat) preferred
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, communication, time management, ability to multitask
Fluent in English and Bengali
Standard office hours with flexibility for occasional evening/weekend events
Manage and coordinate all catering inquiries and leads by processing requests, qualifying prospects, assigning opportunities, tracking lead status, and monitoring conversion performance.
Prepare, format, and administer catering proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), ensuring timely execution, documentation, and record maintenance.
Coordinate catering tastings and site visits, including scheduling, client communications, preparation of presentation materials, and liaison with operational departments.
Administer the Banquet Event Order (BEO) process by creating, distributing, updating, tracking, and archiving event documentation while ensuring cross-departmental alignment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for catering-related inquiries, providing accurate information, responding to client requests, and ensuring high levels of customer service.
Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, forecasts, and performance analyses, while monitoring key catering sales metrics and booking trends.
Maintain catering sales resources and collateral, including menus, brochures, event materials, portfolios, sample displays, and inventory of promotional items.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Culinary, Food & Beverage, Front Office, and Operations teams to ensure seamless coordination, effective communication, and successful execution of catering events and client engagements.
