Our travel agency requires a Visa and Ticketing Officer. 
The candidate must be proficient in GDS operations, 
visa processing, and client handling.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Visa Processing
    - Processing visa applications for various countries, including the USA, UK, Canada, Schengen zone, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and India
    - Reviewing client documents, scheduling appointments with VFS/Embassies, and submitting applications
    - Following up on visa status and keeping clients updated
    - Staying updated on new embassy regulations and requirements

2. Ticketing
    - Booking and issuing domestic and international air tickets via GDS platforms (Amadeus/Sabre)
    - Handling tasks related to airline fares, rules, PNR management, reissues, refunds, and date changes
    - Securing the lowest rates for tickets for clients and B2B partners
    - Reconciling daily ticket sales reports with accounts
