Social Media Management
Create and manage pages on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
Write captions, blogs, or ad copy that attract customers.
Design promotional images, short videos, or reels.
Create and manage Facebook Ads / Google Ads campaigns.
Use proper keywords, titles, and meta descriptions.
Send promotional emails, newsletters, or SMS campaigns.
Understand customer behavior and preferences.
Prepare monthly marketing reports.
Maintain communication with leads and repeat buyers.
Follow up on inquiries to turn them into sales.
Work with designers, content creators, or sales teams.
