Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and overseas recruitment targets.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries from prospective candidates.

• Counsel candidates on overseas job opportunities, visa procedures, eligibility, and required documentation.

• Convert inquiries into successful applications through effective follow-up and relationship building.

• Assist candidates with document collection, application preparation, and submission.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, candidate progress, and daily activities in the CRM/database.

• Coordinate with the recruitment, processing, and operations teams to ensure smooth candidate placement.

• Stay updated on overseas job market trends, visa requirements, and immigration policies.

• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and company compliance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in overseas recruitment, visa consultancy, sales, or customer service.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.

• Proficient in MS Office and internet applications.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously.

• Experience in the overseas recruitment or visa consultancy industry will be given preference.
