• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Front Office, Guest Relations or Hospitality.
• Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude.
• Good command of Bangla and English.
• Basic computer/MS Office skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.

• Receive and assist guests/clients in a professional and courteous manner.

• Handle customer queries, requests and complaints effectively.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive guest experience.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.

• Provide information about club facilities, services and available packages.

• Maintain necessary customer records and reports.

• Perform other duties assigned by the management.
