• 1–2 years of experience in consultancy or a related field preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of study abroad processes and destinations is an advantage.

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply!

• Guide students through the study abroad process, including university selection, admission, and scholarship applications.

• Counsel students regarding study destinations, courses, universities, and eligibility requirements.

• Assist students with application forms, document preparation, and submission.

• Provide guidance on student visa requirements and embassy procedures.

• Communicate with students and parents via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.

• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication regarding application progress.

• Maintain student records, application documents, and follow-up reports.

• Support the team in achieving admission and student recruitment targets.

• Assist with social media inquiries and respond to prospective students` questions.

• Ensure students receive accurate information and timely support throughout the application process.
