• Air Ticketing and Visa processing.

• Tour Package Visa

• Travel Agency Sales & Marketing Client Relationship

• Practical experience in visa processing/immigration services

• Strong knowledge of Student Visa, and Tourist Visa processing.

• . Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali (written & spoken).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, documentation & reporting).

• Ability to handle clients professionally and provide accurate visa guidance.

• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

• Handle end-to-end visa processing for international destinations.

• Prepare, verify and organize client documents according to embassy requirements.

• Coordinate with embassies, VFS, consulates, and relevant authorities.

• Provide professional consultation to clients regarding visa procedures.

• Ensure visa applications are properly prepared and submitted on time
