Responsibilities & Context:

• Generate and follow up on sales leads through phone calls, social media, and direct communication.

• Assist clients by providing accurate information about visa processing, tour packages, air tickets, and travel-related services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services accordingly.

• Maintain client records and update customer information in the company database.

• Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, documentation, and service updates.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent customer support.

• Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports for management.'
