ETB Holidays is a fast-growing and trusted travel agency. We are looking for an Experienced, Confident & Camera-Friendly Female Sales & Video Presenter to strengthen our sales and digital presence.
The ideal candidate will represent our brand through professional video presentations and handle direct customer communication to convert sales. This role is perfect for someone who speaks confidently, understands sales psychology, and has experience in selling travel packages and visa services.
Job Responsibilities
Present travel packages, visa services, and promotional offers through professional video content (Reels / Short Videos)
Confidently communicate on camera to build customer trust and engagement
Handle customer inquiries from Facebook page, inbox, WhatsApp, and phone calls
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel packages or visa solutions
Provide clear and accurate information regarding tour packages, visa processing, and requirements
Follow up on sales leads and successfully close deals
Maintain professional communication and negotiation with clients
Coordinate with the internal team for bookings and confirmations
Prepare basic sales and lead follow-up reports
