Generate and follow up on sales leads through phone calls, social media, and direct communication.
Assist clients by providing accurate information about visa processing, tour packages, air tickets, and travel-related services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services accordingly.
Maintain client records and update customer information in the company database.
Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, documentation, and service updates.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent customer support.
Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports for management.`
