A Medical Tourism Executive at a travel agency is responsible for coordinating travel and healthcare services for clients seeking medical treatment abroad. Typical responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on available medical tourism destinations, hospitals, and treatment options.

• Coordinating with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare providers.

• Arranging travel logistics, including flights, visas, airport transfers, accommodation, and local transportation.

• Preparing treatment packages and providing cost estimates.

• Assisting clients with medical documentation and appointment scheduling.

• Ensuring clients understand treatment plans, travel requirements, and post-treatment care.

• Acting as the main point of contact before, during, and after the client`s medical journey.

• Handling inquiries, maintaining client records, and following up on patient satisfaction.
